In Cape Town you enjoy shopping, the lively people’s life at the Waterfront, sightseeing on your own and two pre-booked full-day excursions with an English-speaking guide. You visit the wine districts and drive around the Cape of Good Hope. At the private Motswari Game Reserve, you will be busy scouting for Africa’s wildlife together with your professional safari guide. The reserve is open to the Kruger Park and has the Big Five on the land. The trip South Africa Motswari and Cape Town can be combined with sun and swimming in Mauritius, for example.

DAY 1

Departure in the morning for your trip South Africa Motswari and Cape Town, You change flights in Amsterdam and on with non-stop flights to Cape Town. On arrival you will be met and given a transfer to your hotel Blackheath Lodge, breakfast included.

DAY 4

Full day Cape Point & Peninsula Tour – Godahoppsudden nature reserve. You will be picked up at your hotel in the morning and you will travel along the Atlantic coast via Sea Point, Clifton and Camps Bay. It will be a stop in Hout Bay a picturesque village and fishing port. Here, whoever wants and if the weather allows, can take a boat trip to Seal Island at their own expense. We continue along Chapman´s Peak and before lunch we reach the destination at Cape Point – Cape of Good Hope. After lunch, the tour continues back to Cape Town. You will make a stop in the historic charming village of Simon´s Town and here you must not miss the cute penguins that live on the beautiful beach Boulders Beach. After this full day you will be driven back to your hotel where you will arrive late in the afternoon

DAY 5

Half day tour takes us today to Cape Winelands through fantastic mountain ranges and vineyards. We will visit Stellenbosch which is full of South African history and the charming city of Franschhoek. During the day we will stop by to visit fine vineyards and we will enjoy wine tastings.

DAY 6

Today you check out and get a transfer to the airport in Cape Town. Fly on from Cape Town to Hoedspruit. On arrival you will meet and be transferred to the Timbavati Game Reserve. Here you check in at Motswari Main Camp. You will make your first safari in the afternoon!

DAY 7

You are in the Timbavati area and here you go on a safari in open Landrovers with an English-speaking guide who knows everything about the animals and nature. Here you have a safari in the morning when it is still a bit chilly and the animals are active and in the afternoon until the sun goes down. Lunch and rest during the hottest day at the lodge or why not join a bush walk. Here you will meet lions, zebras, giraffes, elephants and leopards and more. Full board and 2 safaris as well as 1 walking safari are included per day.

DAY 8

After all these memorable days in your luggage, it’s time to check out and you’ll get a transfer to the airport in Hoedspruit. Flights via Johannesburg and Amsterdam.
