My mother is a show in everything you do! Without “corujismos”, but it’s true. Be in fashion, decoration, good ideas, but also in the kitchen. I, unfortunately, didn’t inherit this talent. That is why I think my favorite desserts take a maximum of 15 minutes of preparation and are so easy. And I swear, they’re delicious! I’ve posted pictures of them on instagram and many people asked for the recipes. So, I decided to share with you, to adoçarem the weekend. There you go:
THE POWERFUL —
Called so this fudge, strawberries and whipped cream because it sums it up. After proving you will understand!
Ingredients:
bar 01 350 g chocolate (semisweet or milk, you choose! I like the Lacta Amaro)
01 can of cream
02 Strawberry boxes
box 01 Chanti-snow of the Dr. Oetker
Preparation:
Melt the chocolate bar in microwave (+ or – two minutes) in the dessert container – will be the base.
Add the cream (don’t take the serum) and mix in the melted chocolate
Chop strawberries into two parts (not to be so small) and cover this layer of chocolate
Beat the Chanti-snow Dr.Oetker in Blender (follow the instructions on the box, you can’t miss it!) and cover the strawberries
Garnish with more pieces of strawberries and grated chocolate
Put on ice
MANGAMEI! —
Most delicious mango ice cream in the world! RS
Ingredients:
01 pitted and peeled mango
01 can of cream without serum
01 can of condensed milk
Preparation:
Whisk the mango slices in a blender
Add the cream, without serum, and the condensed milk-whisk all together
Pour into individual finger bowls
Put on ice
