  • 300g of chestnuts, grated
  • 250g of sugar
  • 1 c. tea cinnamon
  • 2 c. tablespoon honey
  • 3 c. tablespoon flour
  • 6 eggs

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar.
  2. After you mix the cinnamon with the honey.
  3. Join the flour with the brown grated and egg whites, previously beaten until stiff.
  4. Bake in the oven, preheated to 180ºC, for about 70 minutes or until cooked through (check with a toothpick).

2. FONDANT PEAR AND CHESTNUTS

– Ingredients –

  • 2 eggs
  • 150g brown sugar of course
  • 240 ml natural yogurt
  • 75 ml olive oil
  • 140 g of wheat flour
  • 85g of flour of brazil nuts
  • 1 c. tea yeast
  • ½ C. tea baking soda
  • 450g pears (cut into cubes)
  • 2 c. brown sugar (to sprinkle)

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Start by pre-heating the oven to 175ºC and grease and line a round shape (with 25cm diameter) with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl beat the eggs and the sugar.
  3. Then add the yogurt and the olive oil and mix well.

– Ingredients –

  • 400g of chestnuts
  • Salt and fennel q. b.
  • 100g walnut kernels (ground)
  • 200g of white sugar
  • 100g of butter
  • 4 eggs
  • Grated rind of orange and sugar powder (to sprinkle) q. b.

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Bake the nuts (shredded), water, salt, and fennel. After you peel them and reduce them to puree.
  2. The party, in a bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar.
  3. Add the melted butter and the grated rind of orange.
  4. Then, mix the walnut milled and mashed chestnuts.

– Ingredients –

For the cake:

  • 200g of nuts
  • 200g of chocolate in tablet
  • 100g of butter
  • 100g of sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 100g flour

For the cover:

  • 200g of chocolate in tablet
  • 50g butter
  • 50 ml milk

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Start by baking the chestnuts, and mash very well, and after peeled.
  2. Pre-heat the oven to 180ºC. and grease and line a round shape with butter and parchment paper.
  3. After you prepare the cake. Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie and let it cool a little.
  4. Separate the eggs. Beat the last castle and book.
